CARE Program

Often, older loved ones only require a little assistance to live independently. For these seniors, Bridgeport Hospital's Coordinated Assessment and Referral for the Elderly (CARE) helps to locate community resources that are available to help those over age 60 in the Greater Bridgeport area. Home visits, mental health assessments, and counseling by our CARE staff are also available.

This FREE service is partially funded by a grant from the Southwestern Connecticut Agency on Aging.
